It is by God’s grace and divine providence that we have the honor of claiming First Presbyterian Church of Meridian as our own. We are humbled to follow the ministries of many hundreds of saints who came before us, building up and serving in our church and greater community. Their faithfulness to growing Christians and proclaiming the Gospel laid a solid foundation for our church's current and future ministries.
Above all, we are thankful to our Lord for His handiwork–for orchestrating the storied events of our 170+ year history. Whether through times of plenty and times of hardship, civil wars and world wars, structure fires and facility expansions, His guiding hand has been evident through it all. We are blessed and humbled at our place in the story He is writing in East Mississippi.
