Children’s Ministry
FPC’s Children’s Ministry exists to
grow Christians and proclaim the Gospel
in the lives of the youngest among us. We especially hope to assist families in the discipleship of their children.
Sunday School
9:30-10:10 a.m. in the Education Wing
Four year olds-Kindergarten
(“Session Room” near Sanctuary)
First-second grade
(Room E 201)
Third-fourth-fifth grade
(Room E200)
Sunday Worship
8:30 and 10:30 a.m., 10:30 only in July
Children 4 years and older participate in Sunday Worship.
The Nursery is open for children 3 years and younger.
4 year olds-kindergarten are dismissed during worship service for Children’s Church
Wednesday Nights
Spring & Fall Semesters; 5:50-6:45 p.m.
For Wednesday Night Gatherings, children usually eat with their parents in the Fellowship Hall.At 5:50, children are led upstairs for music classes, Bible classes, and fun. Classes dismiss at 6:45pm from their classrooms on the second floor.
Bible Drill
Sunday Evenings from September through April; 5:15 – 6:45 p.m.
Bible Drill is a fun growth experience for our fourth and fifth graders!
Participating students will develop skills in the use of the Bible, increase their knowledge of the Bible, and learn how to apply the Bible to everyday life experiences. They do this through very fun and interactive activities and outings that are mostly “on the road” adventures.
